Navigation/ Availability of Reception
Will you be using a Sat-nav? Use Gasselterstraat 7 Drouwen as your setting. The Reception for all our guests, including guests of the hotel, is situated behind the amusement park. Parking for your car is also available here. Please refer to our map for directions.
Cancellation insurance/Recron terms and conditions
The terms of the short-term cancellation insurance of “Recreatie Verzekeringen” cover the Recron terms “Vakantieverblijven / Toeristische plaatsen”. You can still take out insurance within 7 days of you reservation. Check here the the conditions;

Access amusement park
Have you booked admission to the amusement park? Then you will receive on arrival the wristbands for the entrance to the amusement park. You need to keep these on during your stay. Amusement park acces from arrival day 13.00 hrs till departure day.
Arrival/departure
You can collect the key to your accommodation from reception at any time after 15.00 on the day of your arrival. The key will only be issued provided that full payment has been received prior to arrival. Please make sure that you arrive during the opening hours of the reception desk. You can only arrive during reception opening hours. Will you be arriving outside of reception opening hours? Please let us know (preferably by e-mail). We will do our best to make special arrangements. It is not possible to arrive after 22:00.
Return key
- Vacation home, lodge - Key to be handed in at reception by 10.00 a.m.
- Tree house - Key to be delivered to reception no later than 10.30 am.
- Hotelguests Please deposit the key at the hotel or at the reception no later than 10.30 am.
- Keys for camping pitches must be deposited at reception no later than 11:00.
Please note! The hotel is staffed only during breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is unmanned and you can call the reception for questions or comments.
*Please be so kind as to check your accommodation for any defects or missing items upon arrival. You will be given an inventory list for this purpose. This ensures that we can resolve any problems as soon as possible, and will also prevent your being charged for missing inventory items or damage not caused by you. In the event of a problem despite all our efforts, please report any complaints, defects or missing items to reception by 12:00 noon on the day after your arrival at the latest. We will give priority to urgent technical issues.
Parking upon arrival and during your stay
Chalet guests may park one car near their chalet. Tree hut guests may park one car near the tree hut.
Campsite and lodge guests must park in the general car park after unloading. Hotel guests should park their car at the hotel.
Dogs
Vacation homes; 1 dog allowed unless your vacation home is pet free. Tree House, Lodges, Hotel, Camping and Amusement Park are always completely pet free. Your dog must always be on a leash and there are doggie bags in various places in the Holiday Park to clean up droppings.
