Navigation/ Availability of Reception
Will you be using a Sat-nav? Use Markeweg Drouwen as your setting; this is a side road off the Gasselterstraat Drouwen.
This will ensure your are shown the optimum route. This will bring you to the Gasselterstraat, between Borger - Gasselte in Drouwen, which is right in front of our park. The Reception for all our guests, including guests of the hotel, is situated behind the amusement park. Parking for your car is also available here. Please refer to our map for directions.
Cancellation insurance/Recron terms and conditions
The terms of the short-term cancellation insurance of “Recreatie Verzekeringen” cover the Recron terms “Vakantieverblijven / Toeristische plaatsen”. You can still take out insurance within 7 days of you reservation. Check here the the conditions;

Access amusement park
You will be able to access the amusement park using the wristband, which you should wear for the entire duration of your visit; alternatively you may use the key ring plus photograph, provided you have already indicated that you wish to do so. Have you selected the keychain, please do not forget to bring your photos. Without a good photo we can’t give you a keychain. Admittance to the amusement park on day of arrival untill the departure day.
Arrival/departure
You can collect the key to your accommodation from reception at any time after 14:30 on the day of your arrival. The key will only be issued provided that full payment has been received prior to arrival. Please make sure that you arrive during the opening hours of the reception desk. If you are delayed by traffic or for any other reason, please call us and we will do our best to make special arrangements. Your key must be handed in to reception before 10:00 on the day of your departure. If you have been using a pitch on our camp site, you should hand the key in to reception no later than 11:00. Please note: the hotel is not staffed. Personnel will be in attendance only during breakfast. The hotel is not staffed at other times, but you can call Reception with any questions or observations you may have.
*Please be so kind as to check your accommodation for any defects or missing items upon arrival. You will be given an inventory list for this purpose. This ensures that we can resolve any problems as soon as possible, and will also prevent your being charged for missing inventory items or damage not caused by you. In the event of a problem despite all our efforts, please report any complaints, defects or missing items to reception by 12:00 noon on the day after your arrival at the latest. We will give priority to urgent technical issues.
Parking upon arrival and during your stay
Chalet guests may park one car near their chalet. Tree hut guests may park one car near the tree hut.
Campsite and lodge guests must park in the general car park after unloading. Please refer to the park rules for more information. Hotel guests should park their car at the hotel.
Dogs
Chalets: 1 dog, unless your cottage is pet-free. High season (09/07 – 06/09 2021): totally pet-free. Campsite: 1 dog per pitch. Tree hut, Lodges, Hotel and amusement park: no pets. Cleaning up after your dogs is mandatory. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
